Return requests will be accepted for replacement, only if the products are delivered in damaged conditions or they are different than its description. Return requests for replacement will be accepted within 24 hours after delivery. In case the company is not able to send replacement products, it will process a refund for the damaged products in terms of cashback on the folkways.in wallet, which can be utilized for future purchases on folkways.in
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests will be accepted for eligible cancelled orders. Refund will be processed using the original source of the payment method. The refund will be processed within 4-7 working days.
